Air Condition and Heating systems, just like your car needs maintenance. For only $15.00 per system, per month you can become a VIP Member.

Loyalty Reward
To reward our VIP Members with Loyalty, consecutive membership dues are accumulated and can be deducted from a complete system replacement.

Bi-Annual Maintenance
To prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency, we will adjust, check, clean, examine, inspect, lubricate, measure, monitor, tighten, and advise of any needed repair in the spring for your AC and in the fall for your furnace.

20% Discount on repairs
When you become a KNOW VIP Club Member, you are entitled to a 20% discount on repairs. (No repairs are made without approval)

Priority Service
Should your system breakdown, our technician will respond to your call as a priority service call.
